IMPORTANT
Every time after any adjustment on this Partner
configure page, button Create XmlConfig
at the top of page must be clicked to save the change, so partners can access
updated data.
Add a period for a
particular Partner for reservation access
- Pick a partner name from “Partner” drop down box.
If you don’t see the partner name that you need in the drop down box,
please ask Barefoot support to help to add.
- Click on Add
button on the same row of “Dates” at top part of page
- Put in Starting and Ending dates
- Click on update
- You can repeat the above steps 1 to 4 till all
periods are entered or you can simply come back to add more periods later
Add properties to an
existing period for reservation access
- Click on the
icon next to “Property Search”
- Put in optional search restrictions, click on Search Property button at bottom
part of page
- Select a
Partner choice and a date period under “Property Search” button
- Check the check boxes before properties that you
need to give access to this partner for this given periods
- Click on Save
- You can repeat the above steps 1 to 5 till all
periods assigned with properties
Remove properties
from an existing period
- Pick an existing partner choice from “Partner”
drop down box from the top of page.
- Pick an existing periods that you need to remove
properties from, the existing properties will be displayed underneath.
- Check the check boxes before the properties that
you need to remove
- Click on Delete
button.
Add properties to the
list for Guest Reviews(Partner: FlipKey)
- After you have signed up the terms of FlipKey,
all your active properties will be added to the FlipKey access list
automically.
The following steps can be used if you need to add more properties into
the access list.
- Click on the icon next to “Property Search” at
bottom part of page
- Put in optional search restrictions, click on Search Property button
- Select a
Partner choice from “To Partner” drop down box, leave the choice of
the drop down box to the right empty or pick “For All Dates” choice
- Check the check boxes before properties that you
need to give access for Guest Reviews, or simply click on check box “All”
- Click on Save
- Click on “Create XML
Config” button at top of page.
*** Properties that are added to “For All
Dates” are available for Guest Reviews only, they are NOT available
for reservation access,
if you need to add properties for
reservation access, please see the above instructions.
Adjust property amenities for GuestReviews (Partner:
FlipKey)
By default, all active
property amenities listed in Agent system will be sent to FlipKey, and will be put on the internet for tenant to
review.
If you only want selected
property amenities to be sent to FlipKey, please use the following steps:
- Go to Settingsà Settingsà Amenity Setting at the bottom of page
- By default, all active amenities are listed them
and with check box checked
- Uncheck the check box before amenities that you
don’t want to be sent to FlipKey, then click no button Update at top of page
- Go to any property info page, simply click on
Update button on that property info page,
then FlipKey knows that you have updated your amenity settings, and will
get the updated data.
Add a Partner:
(This step is only
available for Barefoot support)
- Click on the “Add” button on the “Partner” row
On
popup window, put in Partner Name,
Partner ID and Res-type.
- Then click on submit
Add/Remove amenities:
- Go to
page Settings--> Settings--> Amenity Setting at
the bottom of page
- Uncheck
the check boxes before the amenities that shouldn't be displayed on portal’s
website
- Click
on button Update
- Go to
any property info page, simply click on button Update, no need to make any
changes
